Assistants will be appointed to the following offices: Provisional Trainer, Treasurer, Recording Secretary, Finance Chairmen, Public Relations Chairman, and Awards Chairman. Assistants are not required to attend Board meetings unless requested to do so by the head officer/chairman. Assistants should have designated responsibilities given to them by their corresponding officer.

How are chapter officers nominated and elected?
The Nominating Committee shall present a slate of candidate(s). Only Active members in good standing are eligible to hold office. Officers shall be elected by ballot no later than the March meeting of the Chapter for a term of one year or until their successors are elected.
When do officer duties officially begin?
OFFICERS ASSUME DUTIES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CHAPTER FISCAL YEAR MAY 1. If a Board member misses three board meetings, she will be dismissed from her position and the Board will appoint her replacement.
